Position: Cert 3 or Diploma Location: Eastern Suburbs Type: Full-Time Offering: $32-$42 per hour super 6 weeks annual leave Responsibilities: As an Educator , you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover. Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians. Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities, ensuring children's individual needs and interests are met. Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool environment. Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool. To be successful in this role, you should possess: A COMPLETED Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (no working towards) Australian Childcare Experience with full working rights (no working restrictions, no student visas) - this is a FULL-TIME position. At least two years of experience working in long day care Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
